Fantastic video! Can't wait for the Bok Choy Smoothie recipe! I'm headed to the store now to pick up some swiss chard. I'm about spinached and kaled out and have only been adding wheat grass to my last few smoothies!! I need to up my greens, starting today!! lol. =)

So one liter is the ideal amount for ONE smoothie, correct? And then we're supposed to consume how many smoothies a day? I'm a little confused since I was under the impression that 1-2 liters a day was enough. More info is greatly appreciated!

I recommend having one x 1 litre smoothie a day + at least a one big salad. You can vary this - the main thing is to get in lots of greens :-)

You are welcome :-) I often add Sun Warrior protein powder, chia seeds, afa algae and bee pollen to my green smoothies with no problems. I just try to keep the videos simple, doable and not too expensive for viewers. The leafy greens are the most important ingredient as far as I am concerned. Be well
