Living with a form of autism, 13-year-old Nate Oakley is one of 500 beneficiaries of the Douglas County (Colorado) School District's groundbreaking Pilot Choice Scholarship Program. Many families like the Oakleys will receive a voucher worth about $4,600 to cover 2011-12 tuition at a local private school they have chosen that best suits their children's needs. I have 2 gifted children provided for by DCSD. Vouchers are given by lottery, not by need. This video provides false representation..
