I wish i had that experience at 7! I did however get the experience of my grandpa teaching me to bodysurf when i was quite young, which held me in good stead when i later got into surfing.

hi Mr Aipa, here's Carlos at 7yo in Noosa Heads. In this video he's on a 6'4" fish, a 9'6" Takayama and right at the end, a Mctavish 9'6". He rides everything; singles, quads, twinnies, long and short. And soon he will have his first proper modern style shortboard!!!!!!! I'm the kook hanging out with him. Mahalo, Ben in H.K.

he does it pretty good but he should try putting his left feet more inclinated to the left as the right feet is...but he surfs up!
