  • I always say : "Berserk is not for children like naruto, it's not for women like soul eater, it's a mature story and life it's not cool pink and blue"

  • 1:20 has been stuck in my head ALL DAY and it's making every single moment of my day all emotional and shit.

  • brings back memories of Gattsu sitting under a tree with his sword as tall as he was ..after every battle & caska looking at him from away ...afraid that he's going to leave the hawks... seriously berserk is a masterpiece

  • i label Berserk as the Shakespeare of manga.

  • @Kikiouiki I agree but why is berserk like the only hardcore action manga/anime everything just seems like if they do it they only go halfway

  • Does anyone know when the berserk movie will be released in the U.S. and is the creator going to do the other two movies even if this one doesn't do so well?

  • @ArmyOfJoe Thanks dude I'll check it out it's really hard to find manga's and anime's that are dark like berserk is not saying other genres suck or anything it's that I prefer a more dark manga/anime.

  • @Anonimuuz If you want to watch one like this, watch chrono crusade, i think it has the same feel to it.

  • I don't know what it is about this piece, but even in the anime, I felt calm.

  • @itachiu37 Yeah I guess, I haven't read the entire manga yet though, maybe it would give me some more info after finishing it...

  • @myheatwillkill He always wanted a castle of his own; at least, that's what is suggested by the manga. He longed for an upper spot in the hierarchy.

  • @itachiu37 I agree, HOWEVER, I think he MIGHT have done it whether he was captured in that tower or not. He always craved power, and achieving ultimate power, wasn't that always his purpose? At least I'm assuming that's why he was leading the whole band of the hawks around.
