Here's how to do it:
1. Go to Tools then Record then Start AVI Recording... Save it anywhere you want to and click OK on the popup (I've never done anything to it before)
2. Record whatever you're going to record and when you're done, go back to Tools then Record then Stop AVI Recording...
3. Go to Windows Movie Maker and click on Import Video and get the video where you saved it then get the video (or the group of videos) and place it in the Timeline)
4. Edit the video how you want to and when you're done, click on Save to My Computer and input the information and then next. Press next till you get to the saving window and wait till the saving's done.
5. When it's done, go to YouTube and click on Upload. Input the information down and go to Upload a Video
6. Click on Browse and go to the place you saved the file at. Click Upload Video (Do not leave this window at all or you won't fully upload your video. Wait till it's says that you successfully uploaded your video)

  • Thanks, i sub'd.

  • I was thinking about recording some gameplay from VBA and putting it on YouTube, so I googled how to do it, and this video came up. It really helped out a lot, and it's simple.

But I didn't know if I had Movie Maker, so I searched it though my computer. And it came up. I was like "Oh cool! I DO have it!"

So I opened it... and a message came up, saying 'My video card does not support the required level of hardware acceleration.'

    Me: ".... Fuck."

  • everytime I try to record it freezes my vba and I have to force it to shut down. What am I doing wrong?

  • @Reborn4561 After you hit Start AVI Recording just talk while your playing, but make sure that you have some kinda voice recorder to record your voice while your talking and playing at the same time. Most people use Sound Recorder to record their voices. Also your probably going to need a Microphone if your Computer doesn't have a built in one.

  • Is there anyway to record live commentary?

  • when i record the sound is desynched from the video. If anyone knows why its doing that and how to fix it id really appreciate it if you'd share that info
