    Watch it again, he didn't put her down. There wasn't a single insult. Maybe you thought there should have been because you yourself view Gabby that way. I think she just looks totally different than Lucy Liu, and that was the point of the joke: finding a big contrast. No value judgement whatsoever---unless your bias imposes one.
