@SchuttSports the pads my school gave me are big. 18-19 fit fine, weird thing is they come up high making my shoulder pads in a jersey look huge. these wont do that right? they stay snug on my shoulder

I´m playing LB and I´m just wondering what the difference is between those All Purpose Pads and those from the Air Flex series PROTECTION wise. I don´t really care for performance, air circulation, features and stuff. I just want to know how much better the Air Flex PROTECTS and if the XV Flex Pads protect enough for low-level college Football.

Can these shoulder pads be reconditioned the same way as other shoulder pads? Because at the end of the season my school sends shoulder pads to be reconditioned.

@479cdrp479 It doesn't sound like they're fit properly. Take a look at some of the videos on our YouTube channel here and make sure the shoulder pads are fit properly on you.

does not having epaulet pads make it not as safe as shoulders that DO have epaulets?

@Jerry11606 The non-epaulet design is a huge advantage for a couple of reasons: it makes the pad extremely low profile and it also removes a leverage point for your opponents (there's nothing for them to grab onto and leverage against you). In terms of protection, the non-epaulet design protects you just as much as a shoulder pad with epaulets.
