I did it in one of my school's studios so unfortunately the lighting was out of my control.
Unoas have the most amazing elbow joint (a small piece separate from both halves of the arm; similar to a lot of 70cm molds) that allows, what I believe to be the best range of movement out of all the 43-45cm molds.
No she's not wired or sueded, it was a precarious balancing act with her owner sitting just outside the frame ready to catch her if she took a tumble.

The whole movie is a sequence of still images taken with a digital camera then put together using Adobe Image Ready. About the doll--Unoa girls are not readily available to US residents you'd need to go through a japanese shopping service like Cresent Shop and even still you'd have to wait until they have another pre-order. Den of Angels is a Doll forum where you might be able to buy one second hand but she'd run you between 950 to 1300 dollars
