shite moraemasu ka - asking someone to do something for you. ( formal)

ちょっと短くしてもらえますか (Chotto mijikakushite moraemasuka)
ちょっと (Chotto) - A bit/a little
短い (Mijikai) - Short
短くする (Mijikakusuru) - To make (the hair) short
もらう/もらいます (morau/moraimasu) - To take/to ask for someone to do something
もらえます (moraemasu) - Ability to do もらう (morau)
か (ka) - Question marker (I guess everybody's pretty familiar with this one)
