How do you set the timing on the rods (length wise)

The displacer rod is set so that the displacer to body gap is equal at each end of the stroke. The piston does not really matter as long as it does not foul or pop out of the bore enough to crab. The phase difference is set to 90 degrees.

Thanks for the comment! The power cylinder is turned from a free machining bronze and polished inside.
