  • Sure doesn't look like Fun and Fancy Free lol, the whole movie's too blue!

  • @Copper20 Just understand that this was before ANY restoration technology was possible.

  • @superfunforeveryone

I actually thiink the quality on here is incredible.

  • @Copper20 What do you mean by that?

  • @superfunforeveryone

I'm saying that this film didn't need to be restored. It's fine this way, if not better than the 1997 version.

  • @Copper20 Agreed.

  • They took out the RKO logo, which Disney restored for the 1997 video release.

  • Jiminy Crickett's second movie.

  • Rare

  • Ironically, all VHS releases of the movie have something at the end! Here, it's the Walt Disney and You promo, while on the 1997 VHS, it's the making-of featurette.

  • I wish we could send this vid to Harold Camping....and all those legislators in Washington!

  • Maybe someday, I'll try to find another "Neon Mickey" tape to have the same blue FBI screens shown along with "For Sale Only - Not Intended For Rental" bumper prior to that. Maybe it's either "The Shaggy Dog" or "Babes In Toyland". Many of the "Neon Mickey" are hard to come by, but it is still collectables to this day. I got the two tapes, but no blue FBI screens, nothing.

  • I used to have that particular version recorded on tape! You don't see that particular tape release much anywhere, even on eBay. Whenever you see this movie on VHS, it's usually the '97 tape or above.

  • Fun And Fancy Free is too blue LOL :D
