  • Squatting at 90% then 50% for 5 of 10 then lunges u don't need to isolate no hamstring they should be about done. I have tried to hit some lying leg curls after this routine and it just don't work. Just to get in 12 reps I'm down to using like 50 lbs. that to me is sign that my Hans are done.

  • @ediot6969 indeed. not much need for curls and extensions when the compounds are prioritized :)
