For ten years, master thief James P. Quinn was part of an Ohio based criminal network—the Waterford Rats. But just being one of the crew that stole over ten million dollars in cash and gems from homes and businesses wasnt enough for this ambitious mastermind. In July of 1994, he ascended to group leader when he planned and executed an extraordinary hit on the Headley-Whitney museum in Lexington, Kentucky, made off with over 1.6 million dollars in rare jewelry, and left police nothing to go on.
