Hi eternal thanks for getting back to me I know about the start up tab what I cant figure out is why when I uninstall programs they are still in the start up and they are still in the customize notification Icons and I cant delete.I am thinking about installing ccleaner with that you can delete stuff from the start menu, Have you use that program?Like when I download a zip file I open it and then delete the zip file than I find it on my computer again and then it wont let me delete it.
THANKS

If you go to the RUN command, which I showed how to add to the start menu, type in msconfig. Then go to the "Startup" tab. Look for the programs you wish to eliminate and uncheck them on the left. Also don't uncheck anything by the manufacturer "Microsoft Windows" These are needed to run Vista. It will ask you to restart. Afterwards you will not see those icons come up in the taskbar until you open their respective programs.
Thanks for the great question. :) Let me know if that doesn't work.

You're very welcome! If I may ask what other video tutorials would you like to see. I am going to be doing some web design ones soon also.
