@rckn4ever You can blame the coach especially if he taught his students wrong in playing the sport. Then the new coach has to come in and repair the bad habits of the team which takes quite a while when they learned something totally differnt. So yes we can blame bush because of his poor decisions. It takes time to repair damage. Obama has only been in office for 2 years! How can someone repair so much damage from a previous president that had 2 terms of office in 2 years! Explain please!
