Sub-faction PVP battles would create multiple fronts for world PVP. Horde and Aliance could choose from several npc factions to represent and in world pvp are hostile to all opposing subfactions in addition to the normal alliance horde divide. It would be beautiful.

@CeatcodeDelta32 *Continued* there would also be a "scout" or "spy" NPC in the city that would tell you what settlements the opposing faction is planning on attacking, this way you would be able to make a group to try and defend it. Of course, not all settlements would be eligible for attack (but of course you could just do it the old fashioned way if you want to go to one not on the list). Maybe blizz could make some settlements just for this world PvP

Idea. Billboard. In major city. You clicked it. A browser comes up with a list of different raid groups and whoever's hosting it, next to the group name shows what settlement belonging to the other faction they're planning on attacking. you can sign up, and you would join them at a set time that the leader of the group determines. maybe blizz could even like have a reminder pop up like for RBGs or dungeons whenever its time.

I think tol barad and winter grasp were fine. Sure you can phase into it but having large scale battles is still pretty cool. And the battles have an effect on your faction, your faction has access to daily quests and Baradin Hold.

So the conclusion of a 20min monologue, is that blizz should recreate world pvp by making areas where both factions have to do same daily quests. Gosh. Really a wonder blizzard hasn't hired you yet..
