Their voice actors are female, which explains why they almost sound like girls. Young male characters are often voiced by women.

It was very hard when I first got it. I only got the controls, but I didn't understand the dialogue very well.

After learning Japanese for almost three years, I started to translate the dialogue. However the dialogue in the cutscenes weren't always very clear, due to the voice pitch of the actors, and some of the dialogue in it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. This cutscene is very confusing, especially between 0:28 and 0.37.

There are so many projects to bring Japanese titles to America with English patches (Fatal Frame 4 got one, Tales of Vesperia PS3 has one almost finished, etc.) since the American publishers don't care for us if it won't earn them as much money.... I wish some Saru! fans would get on that... (I'd help but I'm still beginner level, not even a year of Japanese yet. -_-)

Don't blame the country. Blame the company (Sony) that didn't bring this awesome game out of Asia, as well as 3 other games and SaruGetChu ~On Air!~.

Sony has been alienating the North American Ape Escape fans for 5 frigging years. After making us miss 4 Ape Escape games, we get a PS store download of Ape Escape for PS Move while every country gets a blu-ray copy of the game. D:< I would rather get the damn blu-ray copy because my internet sometimes lags when downloading.
