This is a piece that I wrote for one of my classes back in the Fall of 2009, call FiEr. It was written using the voice as a counter-narrative for the reclamation of sexuality. I've rewritten it a couple of times, and this is the latest version to date.
I hope you all like it, and I apologize for the fact that I could be louder (I was in my room, at it's around quarter to 1 AM, so I had to be a little more quiet.)
I made a couple mistakes in reciting this piece, so please excuse them; Also, I'm not the world's greatest spoken word artists. I write for myself, and I write for people to share this experience of writing this piece with me. If you have nothing better to say, don't say it.
