iCHOOSEFIT is a concept, where you workout no matter what. Time is something we don't have, but we have to commit to our health and fitness. here is a video I tried to film and my daughter really wanted to exercise! If this motivates her to live a healthy lifestyle then great!

I prefer body weight workouts, i dont have enough time to put my kids in sports, so I make them run laps around the track
