@John3285 The truth is, the best is a combination of freedom and free market, with some basics social privilege. Socialism have more bad points than pure capitalism thou. We shouldn't forget, every country is different, and socio-economics systems are not working in the same way everywhere. Scandinavian countries created strong community bonds, which eastern European countries dont have. I don't get your response about Fox news - I'm not from USA. Regards.

@XvallorX That's funny, if you replaced Socialism with capitalism and 'Eastern Europe' with Anywhere else, your sentence still makes sense. What you don't get is that both have good and bad points and both exist everywhere! Scandinavian countries have amongst the highest standard of living, the lowest levels of corruption, etc, of anywhere in the world. You sound like a Fox News viewer! (Also Eastern Europe is still suffering the after effects of Soviet slavery, which sucked)

Okay then, Capitalism is also bad, on paper at least and in recessions, depressions, etc. Also, Socialism seems to work well in Europe, particularly post-soviet eastern Europe. You're probably thinking of the Soviet Union, China (which has de-facto abandoned communism), North Korea, and other failed states which I could mention, but I don't want to give you too much ammunition
