Keep the sling strait. Gather evenly at the opposite end of rings. Thread through both rings, then back through one ring.This creates a loop and a tail. It is important to remember to fan out thefabric evenly inbetween the two rings. It will make a big difference on ease of adjustments later. Place sling over your dominant shoulder with the tail draping down and foward, and the rings high up on your shoulder. It is important that the sling right near the rings is fanned out over your shoulder and therefore fanned across your back.
