Lead Auditor - Lead Assessor planning and audit using process approach - Virtual Reality Scenario

This programme was developed for NICEIC where the user undertakes an exercise in the role of lead assessor planning an audit using process approach. They will first observe an opening meeting with the Quality Manager and Managing Director of a mobile phone factory. The Quality Manager will then take them on a tour of the factory where they must follow him and listen to his narrative for each department. They will then be allowed to examine certain items and ask questions. They may also take notes of the areas visited and information given. After the tour has finished, they are required to illustrate their knowledge of the lead assessor role by demonstrating their ability to understand what has occurred on the tour and use this to plan the second phase audit.
