  • ben johnson was a great sprinter. don't give a damn if he had nuclear rocket up his ass when he won the gold and w record against pussy lewis a year or so later. drug tests, what a joke. their all on drugs and so everyone else. big deal. bravo to the little guy. and bravo to little guy pietro mennea of italy who has the 8th fastest time in the 200, held it for a decade or so.

  • video starts at 1:15. cheers

  • video starts at !:15. cheers

  • The white boy in lane 2 had to have been juice pretty good to get third place.

  • Queer Carl thought he won. Way to go Johnson, kicked his sissy ass.

  • @sciencestudent342 True, it was a stupid comment! Don't know what I was thinking when I made it. I'm going to remove it.

  • @yallop9 dont be silly

  • @emotionalinvalid You are correct, I agree. And Pietro Mennea did 19.72, held the record for 17 years, not bad for a white man.

  • @emotionalinvalid ..so well said.

  • @Juluka69

Yes, official 110 meters only exists in hurdles race, but look at where they are starting, normal tracks have the 100m start right before the curve. Was this track homologated?

  • @molinobeer Carl Lewis never did the 110m, 110m is a hurdles race

  • @yallop9 chambers went from 10.1 form to sub 10. Ben Johnson went from 10.2 form to 9.79. flo jo went from anonymous 11.3 nobody to 10.5 part male..male sprinters in the 60s were running sub 10 on cinders...

you think drugs dont do anything?...thats hilarious.

  • @yallop9 wow, wow, wow, I understand this is your opinion but its wrong. Drugs to help, and people get it all confused. If you use drugs, it wont automatically make you faster...however, the drugs could give you the strength to finish all you workouts and to push yourself a lot more. So when you get stronger at the gym, and when you become stronger through the trainning on the track, it would make you hella faster.

  • well spoken

  • At 1st glance you can see that Johnson has won and that Lewis almost caught him on the line but didn't. then you see that Lewis on the replay celebrates as they cross the line so you start to have a doubt- like everybody had on that day. It's actually very close. add a meter & Lewis would have won but Johnson's start was too good. that's a great race, with 2 different and both very interesting running techniques.

  • i mean mennea held the 200 world record for a about a decade

  • Ben Johnson hizo 9.8 , que cojones va a ser 10.6 , qe penosa organizacion.

Aparte de eso una carrera mitica, Ben Johnson es todo potencia.

  • this was 110m... not 100m..

  • Fix the tracking dammit!
