  • i've ditched the scale for a while now, i only care about the measurements around my body to see where the inches have come off...i know i weigh pretty much the same as when i was "fatter" but i look fit.

  • Thank you for the reminder to do my resistance training and cardio! It is the most challenging thing for me to do, but I always feel great afterwards:)

  • I use a Tanita brand scale that checks my weight, body fat %, and hydration level. Tanita brand scales are the highest consumer rated scales on the market currently.

  • Do you check your body fat % regularly? What do you use to check it? If you use BMI charts then unless you lose weight (which won't happen too much with weight training as you said your body fat percentage estimate will never change. So how do you know if you are actually losing fat??
