  • Having just rewatched it, I must say that this episode was epic.

Sure, there were some plot holes, but the Ood were bad*ssly acted. The way they crawled must of taken ages to perfect, did anyone else notice they moved like insects?

  • I am the rage and the vile and the voracity. I am the Prince and the Fallen. I am the Enemy, I am the Sin and the fear and darkness. I shall never die. The thought of me is forever; in the bleeding hearts of men, in their vanity and obsecrate and lust. Nothing shall ever destroy me. Nothing!

  • "When you run with the Doctor, it feels like it'll never end. But however hard you try you can't run forever. Everybody knows that everybody dies and nobody knows it like the Doctor. But I do think that all the skies of all the worlds might just turn dark if he ever, for one moment, accepts it." -Professor River Song

  • God I miss the Tennant years so badly!

  • @1andrewman1 Go to hell (Shoots window and releases seatbelt!)

  • The Impossible Planet and The Satan Pit episodes kept me awake every night for a week first time I saw them

  • one of the creepiest episodes I know, and as close to religious as the Doctor will ever get. Definitely one of my favorites.

  • Does anybody know the nbame of the piece that is played in part II (the satan pit) at the epic finale of that episode?

  • favorite episodes

  • Yes. YES.
