@scratchline20 I ran a13.98 in my Harley truck with a catback exhaust (which is dyno proven to add literally no HP). That was also with a 2.2 60'. Decent tires and traction bars and Im sure I could get a solid 13.7-13.8 out of it stock. Not surprising you lost, I work on R's every day and 1st and 2nd gear is definitely where you will win or lose a race. Why does everyone here say the R is automatic? MK4's were all manual, they didnt use the DSG till the MK5 platform.

This vid brings back memories. The R32 was mine. It's not an auto. At the track, both the R and the Harley ran 14.3's. The R was stock and the Harley had light mods. Stock Harley's run 14.6's. I'll admit the R was a bit on the sluggish side, but from a dig, it would hang with the best. Gotta love AWD!

i just raced one of these things a few nights ago in a 96 GTi VR6. I did not win but i had him till mid 3rd gear....thats around 80 till he pulled me. Im suprised the r32 didnt do alot better.
