My awesome wife, Debbie, is often asked what kinda training I do. When she tells them they rarely believe her. Well I thought that I would give a small demo of some of the things I do to develop my internal skills. It is hard to demonstrate my meditation or endurance training. I metta' & prana meditate for several hours. I am up to a 12, cyclic, 10 min rounds of Lower-arm/Upper-leg Training, Wooden Dummy Training, Running and Brass-ring Form Training. I can now do it witghout breaks so I am pleased. Because of the Paleo-diet my wife has us on I have gained 25lbs in muscle and 4XXL in size. The Pnuma/Pyrrics (Qigong & Kungfu form) keeps me strong, fast & supple. However, I believe it is the Microcosmic Circulation breathing coupled with Pole-Postures 9Hard Qigong) and Silkreeling regimens with the Baoding and Medicine Ball that is making the difference.

  • Pleases end me a copy of your muscle change classics. I could never find that treatise by Wang. I will be sending the manuscript tonite. I have some additional info to add. Smooth non-ringing and larger balls can be used without disturbing others and can be used all the time, even in class or while studying. More size and weight and more strength. The knot in the dan tien should get more pronounced and with greater density/mass will issue bio-electric charges but heat comes first.

  • Thanks for the comments and viewing. If you are doing this training you must be killing them in t'ui shou practice. Don't forget finger pushups. Get up to 100 with close-hand palm and wrist pushups mixed in. Do pushups while having legs propped up, in a side way leg-split and while doing that split on your knees. Deep, very deep breaths while performing these exercises.

The next vids will be of making Poultices and Linements to include Metal bending while performing Pnuma and Pyrrics.

  • You are not only becoming a good student but also a very funny man too, lol. Please call me as there are some small circle secrets I would like to pass along. Please get the non-ringing baoding balls and use them all day. Work up to 1lbs balls (2inch). Get pair for rolling on soles of feet; pick up with toes. Heat balls with microcosmic & small microcosmic breathing. Roll when breathing in and squeeze when breathing out, then reverse it: Flex hands outward and then inward then reverse it.

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH

Thank you sir. We also have a number of exercises from the Muscle Change Classics in my system. I practice those every day as well. They are a large part of my training. Can you point me to where I might find the larger Baoding balls? Is there a particular place you get them? I also didn't realize they should be non-ringing. Is there a reason for that? I'll be getting those this week. I will also be calling you Thursday afternoon around 1:30.

  • Looking strong, Master Singh! This video is an excellent example of what diligence will bring you. I appreciate the shout out and have actually been practicing consistently with a 12lb medicine ball for about 2 months now. I'm not up to crushing apples yet, but the Baoding balls and water jug drills will get me there :-) Thank you for posting this video...now off to train!

Btw, I emailed you the other day.

    Talk soon,

    Laurence
