  • Wow...it must have sent chills up your spine to have leaned what those PA announcements were about. Lovely viideo, as usual. Based on your many Alaska cruise videos, I'm guessing you love the Great Land as much as I do.

  • Thank you. It was sad, but the crew did a nice job once they were made aware. Many were obviously shaken. We try to visit Alaska once a year, Never get tired of the view! I'll post some more when I get time. take care

  • Incredible quality of video production. I always enjoy your Alaska and Disneyland videos. Do you always use tripod? I just don't know how you can hold the video so stable in a moving and windy ship and take video from different positions of the ship (as we were on Sapphire 3 months ago and know the ship very well) in such short time. Hope to see more video from Inside Passage and up. Thanks.

  • Thanks Much. Well I spent years doing it (video) for a living, now I find it a relaxing hobby. I do use a tripod occasionally on ships, more on disney shows. This video I did not.Trade secret: Ships are full of railings, use those for your videos, just don't lose your grip of the camera! haha take care

  • Hey. I liked it. Easy to watch. I've done a lot of cruise videos myself. In my youth, I worked in films -- now just a hobby. We're going on the Sapphire soon. Looking forward to it. Great job. Sorry about Edelgard but hopefully it was a clean. and easy exit -- just sail away.

  • Very Nice. RIP Edelgard
