Where are all the Nitro guys? I just know they have some junk to talk about electric cars.
-
@RTiger19 I'm sorry, but they fibbed. No break-in necessary for any electric rc's. The only thing I can think of is maybe a torsen diff if you upgrade a buggy or buggy based car's diffs to torsen.
-
@SpeedPowerPassion that's not what i was told lol. they told me that you cant run any model crazy out the box without breaking it in first. Even on my on e-revo they said you gotta break in the slipper clutch first before running it full throttle
-
@genisxxx I have had really bad crashes with my rustler mamba monster and rustler vxl.
I never broke a screw. But thanks for the tip on the corrosionX
-
@livvidd Maybe in and onroad car its not that bad but for offroad they are too soft and bend/brake easily. Any experienced hobbyist will tell you the same. I use only black oxide screws (12.9 hardness if i have). If u don't want your screws to rust dip them in CorrosionX.

@genisxxx why not?
