  • @Princesa47k one of the best fats is omega 3s..the bottle says take one daily but I didnt feel any better with just one(since its a 1000mg casuole and omega 3 to 6 ratios are supposed to be 1:1)..I calculated a had around 10-20000mg omega 6 daily so I want a ratio of at least 4:1 so I take 5 capsules a day and i've noticed a big difference in things like intelligence, strength, recovery , energy levels and libido.

  • @Princesa47k same..I started eating a high fat diet from good sources and I got more muscular, i've always been low%bodyfat and I remain that way...I went off eating fats like egg, cheese..etc for a bit..didnt gain strength, felt weak, had lower sex drive...the body needs fats, i'm trying to warn people that fat is goos for you in diet.

  • great job. very informative. you should create a documentary about this and put it on TV or the movie theatres, like Al Gore or something.

  • I eat 21 whole large eggs a week, beef EVERYDAY, salmon, chiken with skin, avocados, coconut, macademias Yeah xD

  • You need lots of cholesterol to develop a healthy embryo form an egg. Cholesterol is amazings stuff.
