1. Make sure when you start your flare your waist is close to the ground. If you make the first kick with your waist high, it takes a lot more energy and control to get it back around again.
2. Send your waist forward(towards the camera your using) not up. If your in a square room. stand in the center and face a wall. When you kick, aim for the edges of the room.

hey the beginning of ur flare was great but when ufinish dont try to keep on going when u hit the ground jump back up thats how u continue a flare

well in bboying you don't need like 20 flares just do one and change into like airflare or windmills etc just do some sort of variation/combo shit
