I can see how this would work. It's kind of like the effect of driving during the night. The hum of the tires and repitition of the lines on the road hypnotize a lot of people. But I was just browsing, maybe I'll try it later.

There is a sound track with it called "Hypnotic Brain Bird (Alpha Theta Waves Plus Delta Pulse)". The sound is supposed to help you induce a meditative state of mind. (Headphones would be ideal) Text would keep my mind going from reading it...
