How to make a cool smooth text fly by effect in Sony Vegas Pro 9

This tutorial will teach you how to create a smooth text zoom effect, that start fast, slow down (so they can be read), then zoom back out of the page. At the end, I will show you some other stuff you can do with it in the mode 3D Source Alpha.

We will be making this in Sony Vegas Pro 9, but it can also be done in Sony Vegas Pro 8, but without the 3D effects.

@DudeVlogger Yes, the 3D Source Alpha is only available in Sony Vegas Pro. You cannot use it in Sony Vegas Movie Studio.

For some reason the event pan/crop pannel is in my menu pleas ehelp to put it back in a window just like that!!

@MrFunk911 Click the 6 small dots in the top left corner of the Event Pan/Crop, then drag it away, and it should turn into a window. (6 small dots located under the "X" and "<l".

then make the box around it smaller...
