r u planespotting and do u get alot of planes landing at john lennon airport liverpool. i usually plane spot at manchester

You mostly get Ryanair, EasyJet, Flybe and Whizzair at Liverpool John Lennon. It's good because you can get close to the action but nowhere near as good as Manchester and a far cry from Heathrow which I visit often. I have 97 videos online now (the vast majority aviation based) including videos of the Airbus A380 at Heathrow and many many more. Thanks for the comment. I hope this answers your question.

The best place to stand and watch at Heathrow is Myrtle Avenue which is very close to the threshold of runway 27L (The Southern/Westerly) runway. My first Emirates A380 video is from this location and the plane flies almost overhead. A few feet further down the road and you can stand right underneath as it passes over just a few feet above you.

Amazing airport. So much busier than Manchester.
