My tiles and ceramics are born out of the intention to create pieces of art that encourage mindfulness. Clay has always been a material, which magnifies the sublime details of life. I am an intricate element in the creation of my work, viewing the artistic process as an opportunity to embody a small glimmer of the infinite beauty present around me.

There is an aspect of architecture that I enjoy and cultivate such as the elements of space, form, and function. My artwork is heavily influenced by the historical Persian forms as well as the everyday inspirations in the contemporary world. Furthermore, I was influenced by two years of study in pottery and Chinese painting in Japan.
