  • Wow your putting your shoulders in very vulnerable positions there mate. Made me cringe a bit. Look up a how-to video before performing these for your own safety. I beg you...

  • Not very good form. Lower the weights, keep a nice straight line between your wrist, elbow, and shoulder and avoid outward rotation of your shoulders.

  • drive the elbows more will be harder but will get more gain out of it what your doing there is just working the front deltoid for the most of it

  • Those aren't quite lateral raises... I think you should lower the weight and use strict form.
