Here is a clip of conditioning / log between 5-6 weeks out from the deadline of my previous diet. I used a diet I created called a CC-Keto Diet. It's a hybrid of carb cycling & ketogenic. It's not for everyone but definitely works well for bodybuilders or anyone wanting to lose fat & lean bulk.

  • @sofleye23 Thanks man, I am lucky to have decent genetics. It does play a strong role it the outcome of your physique post diet. I do work on core a lot though 5-6x/week when in diet mode, which I feel is more than avg for others in the same position.

  • Dieting is probably more important than working out. How much do you spend on food alone each week?

  • @MrSaeteurn It depends I like to eat luxury style food so lots of NY strips for example I can spend $2-300/week.
