Renault Avantime - Une voiture de collection neuve et un concept-car produit en série !
Produite à 8600 exemplaires de 2001 à 2003, l'Avantime est un prototype du constructeur Matra.
Le véhicule fut vendue par Renault en échange du transfert de technologie par Matra des méthodes de fabrication des Espaces I et II. Renault effectuant alors ses adieux à Matra, la marque préféra mettre en avant son modèle VelSatis au détriment de l'Avantime.

The most misunderstood car ever.

It still turns heads 8/9 years later. Individuality in car design is rare its such a shame they did not sell better. Then again its great that they are so rare - makes them even more special.

@KillanatorVids HAve to agree aswell. My dad had one of these. the v6 privillage aswell to. Sadly it was very unreliable. it spent 3 out of the 12 months he had it in the garage getting fixed. but his next car was and still is a vel satis and thats never gone wrong and its 9 years old?

@marktopp Can't agree more... But they should have made it more.. Vel Satis.. they should have made this and the Vel Satis to one car, that would have been a hot car =)
