In my opinion, this is one of the best Sonic games on the handheld. I also like #2. In this walkthrough, we will be going through each of the levels in the game, along with collecting all of the Chao's to help make Super Sonic. Enjoy!

Also, I am playing this off of the Homebrew Channel, which lets me play with the classic controller. And, I'm going to use Youtube's uploader now because when I upload it under Studio 12, I lose quality.

  • this is my childhood!!!! this game was awsome, but i could never win the last chaos emerald.

  • @TheSonicFan4 Oh, now I see what you mean, sorry about that. Thanks! :D

  • @mariosunshinerules22 I know, I said it IS NOT your GBA's problem. It's the save data batteries INSIDE the GBA GAMES THEMSELVES. Try opening a game and see if you can replace the battery.

  • @TheSonicFan4 I appreciate the help but the problem is that, the games I played on the actual GBA don't save on the ds lite either, so it isn't JUST my GBA's problem.

  • @TheSonicFan4 BEST childhood memories for me. I STILL haven't finished it, though. Got the 1st and 5th Chaos Emeralds as a kid (8 years ago,) found ALL lost Chao about 4-3 years ago, and got the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th Chaos Emeralds 2 years ago. Still stuck on the last one. This will forever be my favourite game, alongside Pokemon Gold, for keeping me mystified as to "what the heck is behind all these trees?????" when I was a kid. I still play Gold on my DSi's flashcart.

    That was emotional 4 me!

  • This was the first game I've ever bought in my life. My dad bought it for me one evening after the last day of school. He got it from Wal-Mart, then carefully opened the box in the nearly empty parking lot. I put this into my GBA SP after 5 months of playing Pokemon Gold (I found it at school. Turned out to be my friend's, but I never gave it back XP we're still friends, though.) I started playing Route 99. My dad was standing outside the car with me, leaning on the side of the car. BEST ->

  • @TheSonicFan4 they use the same batteries found on your computer's motherboard.

    Reply if this helped! :D

  • @mariosunshinerules22 That's probably due to the fact that the save-data batteries inside your GBA game Paks have died. It's not because of your GBA, don't worry about getting a new one. Just open up your GBA game (use pliers to grip the screw if you don't have an appropriate screwdriver,) remove the battery delicately, then solder on a new one. Although I don't know what kind of battery GBA games use. I replaced the battery in Pokemon Crystal, and they use batteries found>
