Directed by Geoff Wonfor. Live recording from Newcastle City Hall of the title track of Jools Holland & his Big Band's new Album, 'The Informer'. Visit http://www.joolsholland.com for more information.
A true showcase of the Rhythm & Blues Orchestra's musicianship, 'The Informer' reflects the party atmosphere of their live shows. This 17-track feel-good album is performed as live, with 75% of the songs penned by Jools. Opening with the soulful title track featuring the smooth tones of vocalist Ruby Turner, Jools and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra quickly establish the beginnings of an eclectic big band party. It's an album that shows a big band at the full breadth of their dynamic brilliance.
Jools & Ruby , make a great team just run with the words and let your soul fly ..

LOL yeah! That's a pretty amateurish mistake by whoever filmed this.. You can see the the lighting is totally different on quite a few scene changes too. I'd imagine the other footage came from the sound-checking/rehearsals. A few things in these videos are so obvious, even to a passing insect XD
