Two pioneers of the graffiti movement are Cornbread from Philly (active 1967) and Taki 183 from New York (active 1969-71.) Both were present to sign their installations at the MOCA press day for the "Art in the Streets" exhibition which runs from April 17th - Aug 8th 2011 in LA.

  • It's a touching video. These men were the first writters.

I'm so proud that Taki 183 is from Greece.

  • Put your cans up for these legends.

  • Funny, this video does not seem like much or that special yet these guys CornBread from Phillie and Taki 183 from New York inspired countless people to do what they do in regards to street art and graffiti. These guys were doing it in the 60's. Crazy!!!
