    yes they said I was snoring suring the study, they even rate your snoring as soft medium or loud, mine was medium haha

  • Yeah, well, that is correct about the weight thing. I'm almost TWICE as old as girl in video and have narcolepsy as well as apnea, so it can make someone who is tired and doesn't eat but once a day, LIVE in slow metabolism.... I'm going to REALLY try and leave work on time and NOT eat crap food for dinner and hope that THAT will help me drop enough of the weight to actually get moving around more....THUS more weight loss and HOPEFULLY, less apnea!

  • try losing some weight, because some studies have shown that with certain over weight people (not trying to be mean here) when they lose weight their snoring goes away.
