  • its funny that the girl doing the deadlifts in the background is doing the opposite of what you guys are saying haha.

  • @evilalec I didnt even notice there were other people in the background LOL, but after watching it twice I saw what you mean, she was moving really quick too, looked very bad for the back I wonder what she was doing.

  • very nice channel look my videos =)

  • @dyrhenry The girl in the back is targeting her erector spinae and lower back, while putting her hamstrings/gluts in a stretch.

It is just another form that targets a few more muscle groups. Perfectly fine with light weights.

    Idiots.

  • Man, i'd toss the equipment aside and start working on those gigantic double DDs!

  • Wait, why am I working out my hamstrings in the first place?????

  • Is that Mike O Hearn in the back training some girl

  • I don't think the girl in the back is doing it that wrong. It might be a tad fast, but she's working with really light weight anyways.

  • hey i can't afford to buy anything right now, but if you gave a true, honest, tip on what to eat healthy for weight lost... plz any adviced could helped me out... thank you

  • id do her

  • @dyrhenry It makes me cringe to see people in a gym doing it wrong!

  • she should keep her head up and gaze straight ahead
