And I've been watching season 10 lately. My god Clark and Lois have the most inane, cheesy, cringeworthy dialogue I have ever had the displeasure to watch. At least I can get some happiness that he's only with by default, because this version of Lois is a total mess.

That's cause jor el gave them to him and couldn't risk him going loco, a different scenario. Every other person who got powers all of sudden became aggressive and irrational, don't know why Lana would get so much flack for it. Especially considering she now has powers and is doing 'good things for the world' like the legion said.

Jonathan had kryptonian powers too (Season 3). I don't remember him turning into a super-powered jerk.
