@magicmel02 Have you checked out a program named pluraleyes? I've not tried it, but it is supposed to make it much easier to sync things up.

Jabroni reminds me of the cartoon character Henchman 24 from Venture Brothers. /watch?v=1S5S8NXASJk&feature=r

@magicmel02 Nitrogen also has the benefit of inhibiting rust, and if I recall correctly, it also slows tire decomposition :)

@Physicsduck can you measure a few dimensions of the buttons you need a punch for? diameter of the needed hole, the width of the key slot, and the depth of the key slot.

@CoderjoeIsTaken It's a standard Allen Bradley hole (it's very common and I'm sure there's a spec for it online).

@Physicsduck Looking at their catalog, AB has three button sizes, two of which have keys on the external side of the circle and one internal. The button you held up from the bin looks like it is bigger than the internal-keyed size, but yet appears to have internal keying.

@CoderjoeIsTaken AFAIK the vast majority of AB switches and buttons all fit one standard hole. You can find it on a million Hoffman boxes, etc at any industrial surplus place. It's a little over an inch or so and has a single key. The HOLE has a key (typically at the top) cut out, it's not a tab that would go IN to the switch (that's part of the washer assembly). I'll cover this in detail in a video.

Captain, dead cat is en route from Amazon. After I finish with an install, I'll send you the leftover baluns.

@registerednerd yay! Thank you sir! I'm hoping this is better than the dead cat we got from Brad......though....you know.....that gives me an idea.
