@jtp6194 cool isnt it? Floyd Roses are positioned into a cut in the body. As opposed to a Bigsby Vibrato being layed on top of the gibsons body. One main difference between the two are bigsbys arent ment to be used as aggressively as a floyd rose. You can actually loose the strings if you pull to hard on a bigsby. Bigsbys are typically used more in classic rock and blues music, but a skilled guitarist could use em for anything.
