I'm with Shindig109. You would think that someone would have pointed out to these guys that their band name was taken over 30 years ago by a band that was hardly a flash in the pan. I'm not criticizing the music, just the choice of band mane.

why did this band choose a name that was already taken, and famously at that. They'll have to change their name eventually anyway.

it's thirteenth vs 13th, LOL. anyways, nirvana is also a copycat of europe's nirvana if i'm not mistaken, but what's in a name if the famous wont sue the unknown?
