Give it a try and let us know what you think. 5-4-3-2-1 Kettlebell High Pulls, Kettlebell Goblet Squats, and Contralateral Push Ups. The push up are 10-8-6-4-2.

this is how gyms are supose to look like. No place for sitting, its get in and work. No silly treads just sheer work.
