Last Night of Ballyhoo Premiers Friday Night.
The award-winning Hudson Theatre Ensemble will open "The Last Night of Ballyhoo," the wildly popular, humorous, and poignant examination of Southern Jewish culture that won the Tony Award for Best Play by Alfred Uhry. HobokenPatch had the opportunity to sit in on a recent rehearsal and talk with some of the actors and producers. Diana London, Producer and Artistic Director of the Hudson Theatre Ensemble gave us some background for this play.
"The Last Night of Ballyhoo" will be performed by the Hudson Theatre Ensemble located at the Hudson School Performance Space 601 Park Avenue in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Showtimes will be at 8 p.m. on Fridays April 8, April 15, Saturdays April 9 and April 16, with a Sunday Matinee scheduled for 3 p.m. on April 10.
