this is the part of the show where i will geaux get a beer or several and check on the progress of the oil spill volcano

The first part is "Broon's Bane" off of the "Exit...Stage Left" live album. The guitar and music is all compliments of "Lerxst" (aka Alex Lifeson, Rush's lead guitarist. THEN you get to the "Rhythm Method" from the "Show of Hands" live album, which of course, is completely "The Professor" (aka Neil Peart) on the drum kit...
Just to clarify....

And to all the Rush fans out there: Did you catch the inside joke during "The Rhythm Method" in this performance?

is she dancing to Tony Bozio?

Hi Tina... it's not Tony Bozio (he's amazing, though!). This is "The Rhythm Method" by Neil Peart. :)

@kiaroskuro The first part not the rhythm method. . Its Broons Bane, Which was intended to be the introduction to the song "the trees", Terry brown ( the producer) vetoed that part of the song but it was still played live. therefore it was called broons (brown) bane.

@bryceHUHwhat Yes, I know. I'm a huge Rush fan, and know the story behind "Broon's Bane". :)
I'm still trying to tackle "Der Trommler" as a performance piece...
